At R Jay's Farm we are focused on helping people teach their horses. We offer custom programs to help you work through problems as well as starting programs to make sure you don't run into problems in the first place. From basic ground manners to more advanced handling and riding. We will show you how easy it truly is to get a horse to do exactly what is expected of them using Natural Horsemanship Methods. With respect, love and kindness you will earn your horses trust and create a lasting bond.
We are proud to annouce that we have joined forces with the Mustang Heritage Foundation and are now an Approved Mustang Trainer through the (TIP) Trainer Incentive Program. Please check out our "Adopt a Gentled Mustang" page for more information about this program and the adoption process.
It is very common for people to confuse their horse unintentionally by not being aware of what your body is saying to them. Here at R Jay's Farm we can teach you how suttle body cues can help you communicate better with your horse. Most of the time your horse is responding to you. Even without training they react to what you are telling them with your body. The key is to know what your body is saying to them. Once you understand that, they will better understand you. This is why we are offering Horsemanship Classes each Monday & Thursday night from 6PM to 8PM at our farm. These classes are designed to help build better communication between you and your horse.
